Strange, noisy, druggy punks making racket. They do a version of the Germs' "Forming" ("treated with Astral DMT"). Not sure if the punky cleavage gal on the front is a member of the band, but there are females involved. The band was from Hollywood; the label in Anaheim, California; released circa 1982.
