RULING STOOGE tabloid magazine + Hoodoo Rhythm Devils promo items $15 8-page tabloid parody of Rolling Stone, published in 1972 as a promo device for the Hoodoo Rhythm Devils, with references to the band scattered throughout. It was used again in 1977 when the band reunited.
